Mini-Ninjas (2.5 - 3)
Our Mini Ninja program is a fun and engaging 5-week course designed for children ages 2.5 to 3! Through playful activities, your little one will develop key skills like flexibility, balance, coordination, and focus in a supportive environment. Each class is designed to keep them active and learning, while having a blast. Plus, a uniform is included to make them feel like a true ninja! It’s the perfect way to help them build confidence and start their journey in physical activity.

Kids class (4 - 6)
Our kids class is designed to introduce children to the basic elements of Taekwondo as well as regular fitness. Classes will be tailored to help students with respect, focus, balance and flexibility. Our instructors will help your child build mental strength, and understanding of emotions that will last a lifetime, with a big focus on FUN. We are providing the tools to empower our youth.

Junior class (7 - 12)
This program will continue to incorporate the elements of our kids class in more depth with increased intensity, while maintaining a fun and comfortable atmosphere. Students in this age group will continue to learn the basic taekwondo elements, how to maintain their physical and mental health, as well as an added focus on self defence. This is where we tailor our teaching to the 5 tenets of Taekwondo (courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control, indomitable spirit).

Teen / Adult class (13+)
In today's busy world, it’s increasingly hard to find time to prioritise yourself. By joining our program, you are putting yourself first! By committing to your physical and mental wellbeing, you’ll burn calories and gain confidence all while learning invaluable skills taught by a former team Canada athlete.
