What does a typical class look like for kids and adults?

Kids  ( ages 4 - 6 ) - 
Our academy focuses on teaching respect, discipline, focus, attitude, coordination, stretching, anti-bullying, and light self-defense techniques. This is accomplished through exercise, drills, and games.

Junior ( ages 7 - 12 ) -  
Our academy focuses on the same aspects as the Tiny Tigers but with more intensity. Additionally, there are more self-defense techniques taught, pad and shield training, heavy bag training, and we include light sparring.

Teen / Adult class  ( ages 13 + ) -  
Our academy focuses on exercise, stretching, pad and shield training, heavy bag training, weapons training, real world self-defense techniques for women and men, and sparring.
